//stuff you need
2-3 firm but ripe pears
one 8oz package of gorgonzola cheese
handful of walnuts
one baguette
//stuff to do
1. chop walnuts and braise in a skillet (cook them but don't let them burn)
2. warm gorgonzola cheese in a microwave (or stick sealed pkg. in warm water) for about 15 sec. - just to soften
3. mix walnuts and gorgonzola cheese together
4. slice pears into wedges
5. slice baguette in cross-sections
6. serve
